CamPermanent could be considered as an authentic integral domestic vigilance system, which supports webcams, NetCams (cameras by IP) or any other video device that functions in Windows.

The program lets you record continually what you need, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. CamPermanent incorporates movement detectors integrated with many and powerful options. For example: area selection of where you want to analyze, time intervals, which days, etc.

When this device detects a movement on-screen, it can run various options. Record, screenshot, run another program, activate an alarm with sound, send an email to a specified address, etc.

And finally, CamPermanent has many other functions, like a web server (to control the program remotely), a photo viewer and a player integrated in the program.
